For one of our prestigious retail clients, we have completed the encapsulation of this metal Duopitch roof in Durham. Numerous sub-standard patch repairs had left this roof in poor condition with the store experiencing water ingress across the sales area. Working closely with the Sika technical team, the roof has been coated with the Sikalastic 625n liquid plastic system, providing the client with a watertight finish and a 20-year product guarantee.
